Hi, I’m an engineer, producer, and mixer. I’m proud to say that records I have worked on have earned 5 Grammy nominations.

I’m also a tech who spends almost as much time working in studios as I do building and maintaining them. I love finding new ways to refine the recording experience and get the gear out of the way of the music.

I began my career at Capitol Studios in Hollywood and went on to serve as Studio Manager and Chief Engineer and at Barefoot Recording, formerly Crystal Industries, transforming it from a Eric Valentine’s private studio to a thriving and respected commercial studio before going freelance.

I’m also no stranger to live music, having spent two years on the road with Chicano Batman. To sum it up, I’m a music obsessive who loves and understands every aspect of making records.
